DRIFT Beach Dubai, the bespoke seafront destination at the picturesque One&Only Royal Mirage, is introducing new tastes and sounds to keep things fresh this spring season with a revamped menu and extended DJ sets on weekends.

Maxime Le Van, DRIFT’s revered Chef de Cuisine, has curated a spring menu incorporating new starters, mains and desserts to compliment perennial favourites on the restaurant’s premium Provençal-inspired menu. Highlight dishes include starters such as the steamed clams in roasted garlic broth with croutons and salsa verde; main course additions such as the potato gnocchi with braised beef cheeks and the black Venere shellfish risotto with king scallops, cuttlefish and gremolata are a must-try; and for a sweet finish the dark chocolate and coconut cake with macadamia nut and coconut ice cream is one of several new delectable desserts. For those that like to share, amongst other options, a spatchcock Label Rouge chicken flavoured with Mediterranean spices has also been added to the menu, alongside mix grilled vegetables.

Additionally, DRIFT has enhanced its weekend poolside entertainment by launching ‘The DRIFT Sunset Lounge’, featuring extended four-hour DJ sets from 1pm every Friday and Saturday. Guests can indulge in an afternoon of effortless luxury, soaking up the sunshine against a backdrop of soulful tunes, while sipping on chilled premium beverages. Sunsets at DRIFT are a must-experience, with dramatic colours across the horizon on one side and Dubai’s iconic skyline on the other. The second DJ set from 5-9pm now invites guests to further unwind and drift from evening to night at the luxurious beachfront destination.
