Ashiana By Vineet Infuses Regional Flavours Of India In Signature Biryani Dishes
Pioneer of Indian cuisine, Chef Vineet Bhatia has unveiled his ‘Flavours of Biryani’ menu at the award-winning Ashiana by Vineet at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel.
Already renowned for its food amongst Dubai’s diners, Ashiana by Vineet takes guests on a culinary journey through India’s different regions and brings each of the flavours together in one unique biryani menu.
Biryani is a rich, mixed rice dish from India, made with various spices, rice and meat or vegetables, and varies by region and culture.
Guests can choose from nine different dishes representing nine regions of India, including the succulent lamb minced koftas from Kashmir, a classic Punjab pulled chicken butter masala, or a fiery ‘Laal Maas’ lamb from Rajasthan.
The special Flavours of Biryani menu is available daily for dinner until 17thJune 2015.
