Ramadan is right around the corner and during the holy month many restaurants close form sunrise to sunset opening in line with tradition and in respect for Muslims that are fasting. Most if not all restaurants tend to open towards the evening in preparation for Iftar and Suhoor. In Dubai however, each year there are a select few restaurants that remain open with altered timings for individuals who are not fasting during daylight hours.
