The empress of the Russian popular music IRINA ALLEGROVA and the Kazakh sensation with his unearthly six octave singing range DIMASH KUDAIBERGEN will perform for the first time in Dubai. ZHASMIN, INTARS BUSULIS and the golden voice of Russia NIKOLAY BASKOV will also take the stage at the Events Arena.
