Bluewaters, Meraas’ unique island destination and home to the iconic Ain Dubai, is transforming into a ‘Fitness Hub’ hosting an eclectic calendar of unique health and wellness activities for people of all ages on the boardwalk and at Caesars Bluewaters Dubai from the 8th to the 16th November 2019.

As an official partner of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, the island will play host to a huge range of exciting events every day ranging from early in the morning and until after sundown. Whether a beginner, a fitness fanatic or simply looking to add a little variety to their routine, visitors will find something to interest them at the Bluewaters Fitness Hub.

From a casual walk or jog along the scenic boardwalk whilst enjoying the spectacular views of Dubai Marina’s skyline to a hardcore Fit Camp on the silky sands of Caesars Bluewaters Dubai, there is an impressive choice of experiences to be had, all designed to improve health and fitness.

A Healthy Body

Bluewaters has enlisted some of Dubai’s leading names in health & fitness to help visitors get in shape, including Navy DXB, a free public boot camp movement founded by Emirati policeman Abdulrahman Al Hashmi, as well as Project DXB, a training camp specialising in High Intensity Interval Training, which alternates between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

For those looking for something closer to the water, there are unique Aquatic Fitness sessions taking place on the beach at Caesars Bluewaters Dubai, combining Aquabike and Aquatic Treadmill to enhance cardio-strengthening and achieve weight loss.

Fitness, however, does not always have to be about hardcore workouts – it can be entertaining as well! To get active while enjoying their hobbies, visitors can try a Zumba class, barre class by Physique 57 or a restorative yoga session. Alternatively, guests can let their competitive side take over in football or volleyball tournaments taking place throughout the week or compete against their friends in the Batak Challenge.

A Healthy Mind

While it’s important to take care of the body, it’s equally vital to nurture the mind as well, which is why Bluewaters is also hosting a series of Wellness Talks on everything from Stress Management to Mindfulness to guide attendees towards a life of fulfilment and happiness. Alternatively, visitors can choose from one of the sublime Sunset Yoga sessions taking place.

For the youngsters the action is plentiful as well, with a children’s obstacle course, Kids Camps and Teens Camps taking place, and for the whole family there is the Family Olympics at Caesars Bluewaters Dubai which will be organised on the beach, with activities including water relay, sack races, beach hot potato, and dodgeball.

Bluewaters’ suite of fantastic restaurants are also getting in the fitness spirit with a host of calorie-conscious menu options. Little Things & Seedology will be serving their dine-in customers Healthy Combo Meals for just AED 50 including one main, side, beverage and dessert, while Ketch Up is offering their signature Fitness Burger with a side of veggie sticks and water for the same price. This is Hot Dog will have a special healthy menu and Merika Café has created a limited-edition Protein Healthy Gelato that is low in sugar and high in Protein to give it an extra kick!
