Benedetta Paravia Produces Second Season Of The Docu-Factual ‘Hi Emirates’
Benedetta Paravia, author, producer, and co-host of the cross media format (TV, web and inflight) ‘Hi Dubai’, is now joined by the Countess Patrizia Landini in the second season “Hi Emirates”, which has been produced in English and Italian.
In this season, ‘Hi Dubai’ changes its name to ‘Hi Emirates’ and narrates how today, the female community in the UAE plays a fundamental role in the development and overall prosperity, thanks to the current wise leadership but also to the country’s ancestors, who have carried out important tasks for the whole community and have made significant sacrifices for the good of the nation.
A historical tribute, therefore, dedicated to great women of the past: from the mother to the wife of the founder father Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan al Nahyan, passing through as many women of historical importance from all 7 Emirates. The second season has been written not only in English with Arabic subtitles but also in Italian for an Italian audience.
“These days we are completing the editing of this second series for Italian TV, despite the serious difficulties due to the pandemic related restrictions, and the fact that two members of our production have contracted the virus” – says Benedetta Paravia, who is currently in Rome – “I am very happy to have found in Countess Landini a precious ally in women-supporting-women production. My wish is to continue to contribute to share love for U.A.E. and for the Arab culture with my growing team”.
“I am enthusiastic about my role as co-producer of a series that has been already so much appreciated and is a pioneer for the topics addressed” – adds the Countess Landini – “This series is a further strengthening of friendship between Italy and the United Arab Emirates, a friendship that has always been favored by the entrepreneurial and cultural activities of Benedetta Paravia between the two countries, and which will relaunch Italy in view of participation in the Expo, postponed to October 2021.”
