Known as the ‘godfather’ of fusion cuisine, chef Peter Gordon is coming to the UAE this September to host a series of gastronomic events at Jones. Whether you are an aspiring foodie or a full blown epicurean, there will be something to suit your palate during his visit.

Included in the line-up of events are; Two exclusive four-course meals prepared with Peter at the helm of the Jones kitchen; A cooking demonstration, featuring three signature dishes from Peter’s recipe collection; A masterclass where Peter will be working hands-on with attendees to prepare two different dishes; Various book signing opportunities of Peter’s newest cookbook, available exclusively at Jones; and a special menu created exclusively for Jones the Grocer featuring dishes from the newly released book SAVOUR: Salads for all Seasons, on offer throughout eight different Jones locations in the UAE and Qatar.

A Summer menu on offer through 31 July 
Our summer specials menu is prepared using seasonal produce that’s bursting with fresh ideas and delicious flavours.Here’s a taster; Frozen banana parfait drizzled with peanut butter & cacao smoothie and crunchy brittle. Multigrain baguette with beetroot tatziki, fennel and marinated chickpeas. Marinated tuna, wakame seaweed and tofu salad with toasted garlic dressing and togarashi dukkah (pictured). Gazpacho with rock melon, cherry tomato, chorizo and burrata. Pan seared corn fed chicken with freekeh salad and katafi wrapped feta.

Cheese, grape and jazz at Jones 
Jones The Grocer at Dusit Thani Dubai hotel is running weekly grape and cheese nights accompanied by live music.These take place every Wednesday from 8:00 – 11:00 pm and feature an unlimited grape and cheese package for AED 199 alongside live music from the talented duo: Krystle & Randy.Bookings on: dusit@jonesthegrocer.me
