This month, Hilton (NYSE: HLT) celebrates the first anniversary of its award winning, midscale brand – Hilton Garden Inn in the UAE. To commemorate this milestone, the brand has partnered with the country’s youngest and most popular chef, Bader Najeeb – better known as Chef B – to create an exclusive range of Emirati-inspired toppings for its signature breakfast waffles.

Using local ingredients and those inspired by Emirati culture, Chef B has created three special edition recipes to mark the occasion: Arabic Coffee Meringues with Strawberries & Chocolate, Saffron Poached Pear Slices with Vanilla Ice Cream and Waffles Stuffed with Rosa Falooda and Vanilla Ice Cream.

The public can vote for the recipe they’d most like to try by capturing their favourite via the creator’s snapchat page on Tuesday 18October (@chef.bader). The most popular recipe will be available at a special Hilton Garden Inn waffle truck on Friday 21 October 2016 at Kite Beach and served by Chef B. Continuing the birthday celebrations, all voters who ‘like’ or ‘comment’ on their favourite recipe on Chef B’s Instagram page (@chef.b) will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a night’s stay at any Hilton Garden Inn in the world.
