February sees the launch of Kitchen Confidential, a multi-concept “virtual” restaurant offering gluten-free comfort food that is better for you. Kitchen Confidential is 100% gluten-free, and all ingredients are natural and wholesome.

This is the region’s first 100% gluten-free cloud kitchen to offer such an extent of cuisines; customers can now choose from Mexican, Lebanese, Italian and many more, trusting there is no cross-contamination and ingredients are natural, preservatives free and refined sugar free.

Kitchen Confidential is a well-known gluten-free lifestyle food concept in Beirut, it aims to promote a healthy and gluten free diet, to those with gluten-intolerances as well as a wider audience. Imad Khairallah, the brainchild behind Kitchen Confidential said: “We are excited to launch Kitchen Confidential as a joint venture with BMB, we will operate from a cloud kitchen, and our promise is that everything is gluten-free, refined sugar-free and contains no nasties.”

• TaKCos by Kitchen Confidential: Traditional Mexican food with its abundance of flavors turned healthy. Enjoy your soft tacos, quesadillas, guacamole & tortilla chips and tres leches dessert without comprising on taste and texture
• Mayo! by Kitchen Confidential: Who says fast casual burgers are not healthy! Try them with our homemade sugar free ketchup and your choice of keto or vegan mayonnaise
• Pesto by Kitchen Confidential:  From fresh pastas to pizzas, everyone on a gluten free or even keto diet can now enjoy the much comforting Italian food
• Croutons: Bakery items including: cakes, sandwiches, salads, pastries, muffins and pain au chocolat
