On 24 and 25 December, guests are invited to enjoy a bespoke à la carte menu curated by The Cullinan’s culinary team. Outdoor seating will be available by reservation, offering guests a serene and stylish setting to celebrate with loved ones. No minimum spend applies, allowing diners to enjoy the festive experience at their leisure.

A New Year’s Eve to Remember

On 31 December, The Cullinan will transform into an elegant waterfront stage for one of Dubai’s most anticipated nights. Guests will indulge in a specially curated set menu, complemented by à la carte beverages, and will be welcomed with a glass of champagne upon arrival, with another served at midnight to toast to 2025.

The evening will be accompanied by live performances and music by the resident DJ, creating the perfect rhythm for celebration. As the clock strikes twelve, guests will enjoy views of Dubai’s iconic fireworks from The Cullinan’s prime waterfront location one of the city’s most exclusive viewing spots.

For added comfort, valet parking will be available, and seating can be arranged for tables of two, four, or six guests (larger parties upon request).
