Dubai Investments is participating in Oman Design and Build Week, taking place from 11 to 13 May 2026 at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre in Muscat, a key industry platform that brings together stakeholders across construction, design and real estate to showcase projects, innovations and investment opportunities.

A group of Dubai Investments’ subsidiaries — Emirates Building Systems (pre-engineered steel buildings), Emirates Extruded Polystyrene (thermal insulation solutions), Emirates Glass (architectural glass processing), Emirates Extrusion Factory (aluminium extrusion solutions), Emicool (district cooling services) and LiteTech (lighting solutions) — are collectively demonstrating their capabilities at the exhibition, reflecting the strength of Dubai Investments’ integrated and diverse portfolio of industrial companies supporting multiple aspects of the construction and infrastructure value chain.

Dubai Investments’ participation aligns with positive macro indicators in Oman’s construction and infrastructure sector, which is projected to grow steadily, underpinned by sustained government spending, rising foreign direct investment and a strong pipeline of infrastructure, tourism and energy projects. According to market reports, this momentum is expected to continue, driven by investments in transport, logistics, housing and renewable energy infrastructure under Oman Vision 2040.

Demand for construction materials in Oman is rising, supported by increasing urbanisation and large-scale infrastructure development across ports, airports, economic zones and industrial projects, according to industry reports.
