As the annual Thai celebration of Loy Krathong approaches in November, fine-dining restaurant Pai Thai has curated a special three-course set sharing menu enhanced with live music performers, traditional homemade decorations created by the staff themselves and lights for Dubai’s residents and visitors to mark the annual festival.

Loy Krathong, which translates as ‘to float a basket’, comes from the tradition of making krathong, or buoyant, decorated baskets, which are then floated on a river; sitting on the waterfront at Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Pai Thai is the perfect venue to mark the festival.
