The Fitness Festival organised by Golden Mile Galleria, one of Nakheel Malls’ retail, entertainment and shopping destinations on Palm Jumeirah from 16 October to 11 November, continues to witness soaring popularity as the Dubai Fitness Challenge urges more UAE residents to embrace an active lifestyle.

The highlight of the Fitness Festival was acclaimed Australian fitness personality Kayla Itsines session on 3 November at Golden Mile Galleria, which attracted over 2,000 fitness enthusiasts. Kayla is well-known for her specially-created 28-minute workout, which is inspired by her world-renowned Bikini Body Guide (BBG).
