Turn up the good vibes by ordering the croissant loaded with a flawlessly poached egg, served atop a melange of smashed feta and avocado. The dish is then rounded up with a vibrant rocket and cherry tomato salad. For a classic “eggs and bacon” combo – opt for the croissant with poached eggs, veal bacon, and rocket drizzled with fiery sriracha and hollandaise sauce. For a burst of Middle Eastern flair, try the croissant packed with halloumi cheese, sliced avocado, veal bacon, rocket, and glowing beads of pomegranate and pistachio.
