Antique Bazaar pays tribute to the flavoursome culinary heritage of India on 26th January, which marks the nation’s Republic Day. The award-winning Indian restaurant at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai offers guests a specially curated dinner menu offering an array of exquisite Indian dishes including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

“Indian cuisine is appreciated and loved all over the world, especially the curries and tandoori dishes. Our team is delighted to put together a menu that reflects the most loved dishes,” states Victoria Kashakashvili, Assistant F&B Manager. Antique Bazaar’s artistically crafted menu kicks off with a refreshing Lime and Mango Lassi (traditional yogurt based drink), followed by a tri-colour salad that pays homage to the colours of the Indian flag. Starters include vegetarian and non-vegetarian tandoori (roasted) preparations, while the scrumptious main course is crafted to delight taste buds with Paneer Makhani (creamy gravy preparation of tender cottage cheese) and other assorted preparations, along with non-vegetarian dishes like Fish Masala Curry, Chicken Korma and Saagwala Gosht. The mouth-watering gravies are served with steamed long grain Basmati rice and a selection of freshly prepared Indian breads, followed by most favoured Indian sweets such as Gajar Ka Halwa, Rasmalai and Kulfi Falooda.
