Armani Hotel Dubai Celebrates First-To-Date Culinary Showcase With The Stylish ‘Gourmet 10/10’ Experience
Armani Hotel Dubai, the world’s only one-of-a-kind property, defined by its location in the world’s tallest building and intimate association with fashion legend Giorgio Armani, is showcasing a rare culinary treat with ‘Gourmet 10/10,’ the first-to-date culinary showcase covering all the restaurants at the property from October 1 to 10, 2015.
‘Gourmet 10/10’ will feature an exclusive menu of signature dishes at all its dining destinations – Armani/Ristorante, Armani/Amal, Armani/Hashi and Armani/Deli. The full-course ‘Gourmet 10/10’ experience at any of the outlets will not only celebrate culinary excellence crafted by expert chefs but is also priced competitively at only AED 390 per person inclusive of soft beverages.
Armani/Ristorante serves a four-course set menu that includes baby squid filled with king crab, tomato compote and lemon confit to start with followed by the middle of Risotto ‘Mantecato’ with carrot, kaffir lime, mace and scallop carpaccio; and smoked veal tenderloin, vegetable charcoal, watercress potato and glazed vegetables for the main course. Savour lemon semifredo, orange sablé, blood orange jelly and grapefruit sorbet for dessert.
Armani/Amal welcomes diners with masala black cod or prawn porichatu and coriander chutney for starter; black pepper and curry leaf chicken tikka or grilled balsamic lamp chop as middle course. The main course is a choice of Guinea Fowl Mussalam or morrel stuffed breast, apricot chutney and smoked korma sauce served with Dal Makhani, Bombay Aloo, sun-dried tomato and smoked Mozzarella Kulcha.
Vegetarians can opt for a starter of Burrata Mutter Ki Tikki or Olive and Cashewnut Bonda, while the middle course choices include Barwan Mirchi or Nimbu Paneer Soola. Select from Khajoor Malai Kofta or Dates and pinenut stuffed cottage cheese dumplings, cashew sauce served with Dal Makhani, Bombay Aloo, sun-dried tomato and smoked Mozzarella Kulcha. The Amal sampler platter of desserts includes: Saffron Phirni, Coconut Semifredo, Gulab Jamun, tea, coffee and Indian Petit fours.
Armani/Hashi ‘menu includes Chirashi ceviche, ginger bubble and popping miso sauce for starter, followed by spicy salmon, salmon roe bowl sushi and miso marinated cream cheese tuna roll to experience the inimitable Sushi & Maki choices. The middle course includes soft shell crab, cherry tomatoes, avocado and fried ginger with olive soy dressing, while the main course is an Angus tenderloin, asparagus, shimeji mushroom, cherry tomato and sesame miso. Round off the meal with Mochi ice cream in a choice of three flavours, chocolate, green tea, cafe macchiato, caramel pudding, and fresh fruits.
At Armani/Deli, enjoy seared Octopus and scallop with pumpkin sauce and saute spinach for starter, risotto mantecato with mushroom and black truffle as middle course, and seared veal liver with red onions, polenta and saute vegetables for the main course. Dessert includes: Piemont Hazelnut finger, 64% chocolate and Chantilly lactee.
Making signature dining even more accessible, ‘Gourmet 10/10’ is planned to be an annual event highlighting the competencies of Armani Hotel Dubai’s culinary team.
