Sergio’s refreshing accents and delicate sours will be on offer in an eight-course dinner menu, with guest experience complemented by breath-taking views of the Dubai skyline. Guests can indulge in extraordinary flavours and seafood selections from the chefs’ upcoming line-up, including Zeeland Oysters, Creamy North Sea Crab, Scallops with Yuzu, New Zealand Mussels prepared with aged cheese, Langoustine Caviar and Lobster fregola with truffle.
