Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced that its much awaited residential and commercial complex Aura, located in Jebel Ali, has achieved the 95% construction milestone despite the current pandemic related disruptions that the real estate market is facing.

Aura is a 479-unit and B+G+17-storey development, which comprises 349 studios, 87 one-bedroom, and 43 two-bedroom apartments, and is scheduled for completion this year. The current status of construction underscores Azizi Development’s commitment to timely and quality project delivery.

The structure of Aura, along with the blockwork and internal plastering, are all 100% complete, while the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fix is now at 99%. The façade work stands at 99%, with elevator works and the overall finishes having reached 99%. External works and the swimming pool are at 58% and 85% respectively.
