RTA’s Rail Agency has  announced the better metro/tram service changes effective November 1st, which coincides with the Public Transport Day. The step is intended to upgrade services, cater to the needs of riders and bring them happiness so that they reach their destinations faster, besides attracting more customers to mass transit modes.

Specific details about the November 1^st service schedule adjustments were detailed by Mohammed Yousef Al Mudharreb, Director of Rail Operations at RTA’s Rail Agency as follows:  “The Red Line services would start at 05:00 am instead of 5:30 am, while the Green Line would be in operation from 5:30 am instead of 5:50 am. Dubai Tram would start at 06:00 am instead of 6:30 am as of November 1, which coincides the new edition of Public Transport Day 2017.”
