British Council Launches Fun And Interactive Summer School For Kids And Teens
The British Council has launched its popular Summer School programme that helps parents from across UAE give their children the confidence and tools to succeed in an evolving world.
The programme has been created to excite children to learn rather than spend complete hours in front of a screen. The coursesspark children’s imagination, so they can express themselves with confidence that goes beyond their English language skills. Fullyface-to-face, British Council’s Summer School course has been designed to also enable participants to improve their core communication skills while discovering their own style and talents.
The fun, interactive, and inspiring learning classesare for children between the ages of6 and 17, classes are divided by age and ability for older students to ensure age-appropriate learning and tasks.The curriculum has been adjusted with a greater focus on a child’s overall development and honing their interpersonal skills to create more agile and adaptive individuals prepared to succeed in a globalised, always evolving world.
With small class sizes, children will get the best out of learning English because they are guaranteed attention and personal support from an expert teacher. The courses offer flexible start dates with 5 classes per week, 3 hours per day from beginner to upper intermediate levels.
Registration dates are as follows:
- Summer School 1: 4 July – 15 July
- Summer School 2: 25 July – 5 August
- Summer School 3: 8 August – 19 August
The classes are priced at:
2 weeks: AED2900
4 weeks: AED5400
