Welcome to The Guild, 15,000 sqft of an elegantly electric dining destination in the ICD Brookfield Place, opening this 2021.

With a long-standing love affair of contemporary dining, having worked in some of the world’s top restaurants such as Vue de Monde in Melbourne, Tom Arnel, Managing Director of Bull&Roo brings his experience to life, leveling up the dining game in DIFC with the launch of The Guild in 2021.

Inspired by style and sophistication, the new brand will showcase Bull&Roo’s talent for serving up the very best innovative dining in the region. The concept will house eight different home-grown brands, each with its own offering and personality. The Guild was conceptualized through careful research of the global dining scene, with the team travelling around the world, discovering new and exciting food trends. The buzzing day-to-night collective will take Dubai’s curiosity and adventure to new heights, through an all-encompassing, giant and intoxicating dining room.The Guild will be the city’s answer to aNew York, Melbourne or London style location, captivating a classy yet laid back atmosphere, with an ever-changing mood from bustling restaurant to bewitching bar. The Guild will be the epitome of a cool, creative dining destination.

With social responsibility at the heart of the project, each restaurant will focus on cooking with only the best ingredients, recreating some of the world’s most classic dishes in a unique and exciting way. Bull&Roo continues to pursue its vision of traceability and commitment to responsible understanding of sourcing and stock levels.
