Hi Sabiha,
Its interesting, but tell me I am not a University Graduate, but been in the Middle East for almost 29 yrs, and came up the ladder in the Hospitality industry and currently working as Customer Service Manager in one of the leading Hotel chains. Would there be any chance for me to migrate to Canada, although I am 55 yrs.
Hi Hazari
Yes, you could still migrate to Canada but making it on the points system would be difficult. You should try the investor route where it is easier.
You could also get a lot of info from http://www.tradenconsult.com who do not provide immigration services but provide services to help one settle down when they get to Canada. A friend of mine used their services and was asolutely ecstatic cause they guided him before he left to Canada and then helped him settle down as well

My skilled worker Canadian immigration Case is refused based on point I earned. The points were low because I did not submited the IELTS test result. Now I have the IELTS test result plus A job offer from Canada. The points are now 73. Please advice me I have to appeal for reconsidering my case or I have to resubmit fresh immigration application. Since I have to attend the Job as early as possible, which will be faster new application or Appeal against refusal.
