Capital Club, Dubai’s leading private business club, is proud to announce the arrival of guest Chef Augusto Valzelli – the youngest Michelin Star recipient in Italy – who will host a series of exclusive dinners from 13^th – 21^st of October.

An old childhood friend of Capital Club’s Head Chef Enrico Paiola, Augusto joins us all the way from Bescia to collaborate with Enrico and treat Capital Club members to a delectable business lunch for one week only. There will also be four special nights (13^th-14^th & 20^th-21^st October) where both members and non-members will be able to enjoy a 7-course tasting menu from his restaurant ‘La porta Antica’, prepared by Augusto himself. His technique in Italian cuisine is the very epitome of authenticity whilst still introducing modern techniques and presentation.
