Chalhoub Group hosted ‘The Showcase,’ a multi-brand fashion show bringing together the fashion community to celebrate and support local and regional designers from Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates at the Lebanon Pavilion, Dubai Expo 2020. This event reiterates Chalhoub Group commitment to support and nurture the local fashion community, providing opportunities for the next generation of designers and talents.

Upon entering the pavilion, guests were immersed in and able to explore the collection of each designer in a series of videos and displays of iconic ready-to-wear pieces, giving a sneak peek before the live fashion show. Reflecting Chalhoub Group’s commitment to instilling a culture of community in its business, its employees took center stage and walked the runway, representing each designer’s collection.

Participating brands included Chalhoub Group own brands Tryano and Faces, and makeup brands NARS, YSL Beauty and Armani Beauty amongst others.

  • Reema Al Banna – Reemami(Palestinian Designer)

  • Thym – Rebecca Zaatar (Lebanese Designer)
  • Yassmin Saleh (Lebanese Designer)
  • Zaid by Zaid Farouki(Jordanian Designer)

During the event, Chalhoub Group revealed its new CSR retail campaign leading up to Ramadan, ‘Creating Impact, with Love.’ a sustainable tote bag designed in collaboration with international artist, James Goldcrown. All proceeds of the tote bags will go towards Dubai Cares program “ReWired Global Declaration of Connectivity for Education.”
