City Centre Me’aisem—the community-oriented shopping, lifestyle and entertainment destination located in the Me’aisem area of International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) in Dubai—is inviting surrounding communities to come and join the exciting festivities marking the malls’ first anniversary. Visitors will enjoy fun family-entertainment and complimentary fitness classes, from now until Oct 17, 2016.

To celebrate its first anniversary, City Centre Me’aisem is welcoming its neighbors to join the month-long celebrations featuring: complimentary fitness classes, roaming parades, stage shows, professional caricaturist, and instant prizes to win.

In partnership with lululemon athletica and fitness studios Naya, Souplesse Cycle, and CrossFit Sands, the community mall will offer complimentary yoga, pilates, spinning and cross fit classes to fitness enthusiasts of its 11 surrounding communities.

To improve flexibility, core strength and overall well-being, visitors are invited to join the yoga and pilates classes, offered by Naya studio, held at City Centre Me’aisem’s East Venue, from 8:30 to 10 am, on Sept 30 and Oct 1, 2016.

Spinning goers will enjoy the dynamic and motivating spinning classes on specially designed bikes allowing more freedom in movement, by Souplesse Cycle. The classes will be held on Oct 7 and 8, 2016, offering three morning sessions from 8:30am to 11:30am.

Adults and children will be able to sign up for some serious sports sessions with cross fit classes offered by CrossFit Sands, from 8:30am to 10am for adults, on Oct 14 and 15, 2016. City Centre Me’aisem will be providing refreshments to boost energy levels, as well as matts, towels and other fun gifts and surprises, while GRK Fresh Greek restaurant will be inviting all participants for a complimentary healthy breakfast after each class, and Jamba Juice will offer complimentary healthy smoothies.
