CITY WALK by Meraas invites visitors to find their inner child and relive the golden age of video games with the adrenaline-charged ‘Pixels in the City’. In line with the release of the much awaited ‘Pixels’ movie, classic arcade games such as Pacman, Mario Cart Single, Rambo and Speed Driver Twin will entertain crowds until 05 September as part of Dubai Summer Surprises.

Throughout the period of the summer festival, participants can purchase top-up ‘Swipe and Play’ cards for the thrilling games at the arcade that will run from 10am to 10pm on weekdays and 10am to 12 midnight on weekends. The price range varies from AED9 to AED15 for each game.

For auto lovers, CITY WALK will run ‘His and Her’ campaign from 25 July to 10 September to offer customers the opportunity to enter a raffle to win two Infinity QX50 & Q50 cars. A weekly draw will take place with each lucky winner going home with two cars – with a grand total of 12 cars across six weeks to be won. Shoppers have the chance to participate in the raffle draw on every purchase of AED200 from CITY WALK’s retail stores, or AED100 from its F&B outlets.

To prepare the kids for the new academic season, CITY WALK will partner with select retailers such as Early Learning Centre, Caboodle, Al Jaber Optical, Mothercare, and Spinneys for a ‘Back to School’ promotion, where shoppers have the chance to win back their school fees from 1 to 10 September on each spend of AED200.

Organized by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), Dubai Summer Surprises offers citywide events, mega attractions, plentiful shopping opportunities and winning options for visitors and residents from around the world.
