The restaurant now offers over 40 savoury and sweet dishes that incorporate six types of premium chocolate with varying percentages of cacao, sourced from as far away as Cuba, Peru, Dominican Republic and Tanzania.

Avant-garde specialties include cocoa butter chicken with 34 per cent Zéphyr white chocolate, dark chocolate linguine with Alaskan king crab with 65 per cent Alto El Sol chocolate, from the grills selection patrons can try the succulent cocoa nib-crusted beef tenderloin with 34 per cent white chocolate and mashed potatoes on the side. vegetarians can try the mouth-watering butternut squash made of 100% cocoa ravioli.
The dessert menu includes options such as the chocolate éclair offering six flavors of chocolate mousse with gold and silver cocoa nibs, the saffron milk cake with 34% Zéphyr white chocolate, and the Saint -Domingue 70% dark chocolate brownie.
The restaurant also boasts an impressive drinks menu, serving a choice of hot beverages such as cacao lavado, and American marshmallow, a selection of energy and vitamin boosters, and specialty super food smoothies like the chocolate mac attack and raw mocha latte
