In recognition of Orthodox Christmas, COYA Abu Dhabi and COYA Dubai will add two items to their menus. Oysters and caviar will be available at both locations from January 7-11, 2018. Sourced from Cancale, France the Tsarskaya oysters are an homage to Russian food lovers. They were named in honor of the remarkable appetite that Russian Tsars had for French oysters. The exquisite Oscietra Caviar will be served with blue corn tacos and aji amarillo cream cheese.
