Chef Bartolini, with two Michelin starred restaurants, returns to Dubai to present a mix of traditional and contemporary Venetian dishes. Bartolini will be collaborating with Roberto’s Dubai’s Executive Chef Andrea, presenting Venetian specialties and contemporary creations on a 4-course menu, which is set to celebrate the “City of Masks” in true Roberto’s style! Resident DJ Valentin and a guest vocalist will entertain guests during this Venetian Carnival.

The evening is part of the highly successful collaborations with Chef Bartolini, which take place quarterly.
