Dubai Economy And Zoho Organise Workshops To Drive Digital Transformation Of Businesses
Dubai Economy and Zoho, a global technology company with a wide portfolio of products, have organised a number of workshops on Zoho One to help companies to drive their digital transformation journey. The workshops were a part of the memorandum of understanding signed last year between the two entities to strengthen the city’s position at the forefront of digital transformation.
To help the customers choose and implement the best Apps from the Zoho One suite for their business, the Zoho MEA team along with Dubai Economy organised exclusive free training attended by business owners to help their companies increase the adoption rate of Zoho One Apps. They also gained an in-depth understanding about implementing a complete automated sales, finance, and collaborative process for the daily functioning of their business – specially to integrate their various apps with Zoho CRM.
“Dubai Economy encourages small and medium businesses in their digital transformation journey with the affordable enterprise-level technology – the Zoho One suite. Zoho is a software solutions provider with over 60 applications, and Zoho One is an all-in-one suite with 45 integrated applications to manage, connect, and automate business processes of organizations of all sizes”, said Omar Al Meheiri, Director of Follow up and Development in the Business Registration & Licensing sector of Dubai Economy.
“The workshops with Zoho are in line with the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to strengthen the city’s position at the forefront of digital transformation. The Emirate is home to the largest global technology companies and developers of smart solutions, as well as implements projects and initiatives that confirm its leadership in digital transformation,” added Al Meheiri.
Local businesses registered with Dubai Economy can gain access to Zoho One, a unified cloud-based suite of over 45 applications, which seamlessly connects diverse functions of a business, for free for one year. With Zoho One, businesses can run their sales, marketing, productivity, collaboration, HR management, finance and other functions on a single platform. This significantly lowers entry barriers that many startups and SMEs face when adopting enterprise technology.
“Zoho’s collaboration with Dubai Economy has been one of the milestones in the UAE. This has helped us reach out to all businesses especially small and medium enterprises and help them take on the digital transformation journey. This training brings us closer to the customers as we can interact in person, understand their business challenges, and train them to use our apps efficiently. We look forward to meeting more of them and offer training,” said Hyther Nizam, President MEA, VP of Product Management, Zoho.
Nizam added that due to the positive and overwhelming response, the Zoho MEA team has decided to extend the free training until the end of this year. Those who use Zoho for their digital transformation, can email dedsupport@zohocorp.com to participate in the upcoming training. New Zoho customers can visitwww.zoho.com/ded and use the promo code DED2020.
