Dubai Economy in partnership with the High Level for Government Transaction Centre, will launch a ‘DED Cafe’ for an enhanced customer experience in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to transform service outlets across all government departments in Dubai into customer happiness centres. The ‘DED Café’ will offer business owners with a convenient and flexible option to complete registration and licensing transactions, including a drive-through service.

‘DED Café’ will draw on the efforts of employees who play a key role in providing customer-friendly services and achieving the government’s strategic objective to spread a culture of happiness and positivity in Dubai.
