Dubai Home Festival (DHF) 2026 is giving residents another reason to take their first steps towards homeownership, offering eligible residents who register for Dubai’s First-Time Home Buyer Program a chance to win a home makeover worth AED 100,000 from festival prize partner Chattels & More.

The giveaway forms part of the eighth edition of Dubai Home Festival, organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) from 16 October to 1 November under the theme ‘MAKE DUBAI HOME.’ Eligible individuals who register for the programme for the first time during the festival will automatically be entered into the draw, with no purchase required, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.

Launched jointly by Dubai Land Department and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism in 2025, the First-Time Home Buyer Program aims to make homeownership more accessible to residents by connecting eligible buyers with 22 participating property developers and five financial institutions, including Emirates NBD, Emirates Islamic Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, and Mashreq Bank. Through the programme, participants can access benefits including priority access to select property launches and tailored home financing solutions from participating banks, subject to eligibility and applicable terms.

Mohammed Feras Arayqat, Vice President – Retail Calendar and Promotions at DFRE, said: “Dubai Home Festival is about helping residents make the most of their living spaces and discover new ways to make Dubai home. Through our collaboration with Dubai Land Department for the First-Time Home Buyer Program, we are extending that ambition beyond home retail, connecting the festival with a wider initiative that supports residents on their journey towards homeownership, while offering one lucky winner the chance to transform their space with Chattels & More.”

Residents can register through the Dubai Land Department website or the Dubai REST app to explore the programme’s benefits, check their eligibility and enter the draw.

With Dubai Home Festival 2026 running until 1 November, residents can discover citywide retail offers, design inspiration, experiences, and rewards across the city.

Dubai Home Festival 2026 is supported by Key Sponsor Commercial Bank of Dubai and Strategic Partners, including Al Futtaim Malls (Dubai Festival City Mall & Festival Plaza), Dubai Holding (Ibn Battuta and Palm Jumeirah Mall), and Majid Al Futtaim (City Centre Deira, City Centre Mirdif, and Mall of the Emirates).
