Dubai Opera, the UAE’s first purpose built multi-format performing arts theatre has recently announced its partnership with Apple Music, Apple Inc. massive music streaming service. Dubai Opera has become a Curator in tandem with the launch of a dedicated Dubai Opera mobile application.

The Dubai Opera Curator page will host a broad variety of hand selected playlists featuring the best of Dubai Opera’s programme, past and future across a variety of genre’s including opera, classical music, ballet, musical theatre, pop, rock and world music – celebrating great works and legendary performers who have performed at Dubai Opera.

The new Dubai Opera Mobile App offers users a range of experiences, and enables them to book tickets for current and upcoming productions, make dining reservations for Sean Connolly at Dubai Opera Restaurant, as well as several value-added features for existing Dubai Opera Patrons.

In addition to being connected to social media platforms, the app can send notifications containing relevant information. Be the first to hear about the new shows at Dubai Opera, exclusive pre-sales and Early Bird promotions all via the app.

Further to being a curator on Apple Music, Dubai Opera is collaborating with “Today at Apple”, Apple’s in-store initiative to provide regular educational and cultural events to customers at no cost. The new initiative titled “Performance Arts Series” will provide special sessions and conversations with artists and innovators during this ongoing partnership with Apple Music and Dubai Opera. The co-curated sessions are conducted at the Apple Store Dubai Mall, and complemented by behind the scenes experiences and artistic collaborations at Dubai Opera.
