Dubai Outsource City To Unveil Regional Industry White Paper At Outsourcing Outlook 2019 Forum
Dubai Outsource City (DOC), the region’s only business community for business processes and outsourced services, has announced the 3rd edition of the Outsourcing Outlook 2019 forum which is a dedicated platform to discuss, discover and share best practice and new technological trends in the industry. This year’s edition of the forum will explore how regional businesses can thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape by implementing a culture of automation throughout their organisations, in addition to underscoring the value of collaborating with start-ups.
Set to take place on 25 April at the Dubai Knowledge Park Conference Centre, the highlight of this edition will be the launch of the Outsourcing and Shared Services 2019-2023 white paper, published in collaboration with Monitor Deloitte, the multinational strategy consulting practice of Deloitte Consulting. The new report will reveal key insights into the outsourcing industry through a global, regional, and local lens – offering leaders and decision-makers deep insights into the latest challenges and opportunities in the market and highlight what these could mean for the future of business at a time when organisations across the world are embracing disruptive and transformational technologies.
