easy to meet Emirati in Duba?¯?
Hello, I wanted to know if it was easy to meet of young people (and less young) from the United Arab Emirates, because I feel it difficult, especially by staying in tourists’ hotels!
What do you say about it?
Are there places where the populations (tourists / expats / locals) meet?
I stay only ten days, not a lot of time.
I’m French, 30.
I’m fascinated by the futuristic architecture and the boom of the construction in Dubai.

we, as locals, are out numbered. offecially we are about 20%. the number is far less when it comes to real locals.
