The first investors in Emaar South, the 7 square kilometre mega-development – a joint venture of Emaar Properties and Dubai South – can look forward to checking into their new homes next year.

Emaar South is located in the heart of Dubai South, an emerging 145 sq. km. master-planned city centered on the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
