In line with its commitment towards social responsibility during the Holy Month of Ramadan for almost a decade, Emirates Gas (EMGAS), a subsidiary of ENOC Group, has partnered with Bait Al Khair to provide free LPG refill vouchers for 1,000 underprivileged families in Dubai, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

As part of the campaign, the vouchers entitle those families to one free refill of a 22kg LPG cylinder per family. The refills will be provided from the first day of Ramadan until December 31, 2018.

His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, ENOC, said: “The Holy Month of Ramadan is a time of reflection for all of us. We believe that that the best impact we can have on society during this period is by developing a sense of empathy and giving to the less fortunate amongst us. Through our partnership with Beit Al Khair, we hope to give back and positively contribute to this great nation. We hope this initiative helps under-privileged families to truly enjoy the spirit of Ramadan.”

Abdeen Taher Al Awadhi, General Director of Beit Al Khair Society, paid tributes to the ‘Emirates Gas’ company for their kind gesture, loyalty, and social responsibility. He further added: “Emirates Gas is a key partner, one that we are proud to collaborate with during the Holy month of Ramadan. This year, EMGAS has contributed 1,000 LPG-filling vouchers to underprivileged families registered with Beit Al Khair, in line with Year of Zayed and our founding father’s aspirations. The refill vouchers will contribute to ease the burdens on underprivileged families during the Holy month and boost the spirit of solidarity.”

EMGAS has been collaborating with Bait Al Khair to offer underprivileged families free LPG vouchers since 2010. In total, EMGAS has distributed free LPG vouchers to more than 5000 families in Dubai, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
