Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, has announced the grand prize winners of its Save and Win campaign, designed to encourage savings and promoting overall financial wellbeing of customers.

UAE National Abdulla Khalifa Mohammed Khamis Zayed won a Tesla Model Y, 22ARC FZ LLC won a Tesla Model X and Meshal Shah, a South African national,won a Tesla Model 3.

The three-month campaign, held from 1 February to 30 April 2024, provided all Emirates Islamic Account holders with the opportunity to win Tesla cars. New or existing customers could qualify for the draw by increasing their account balances by AED 50,000 or more during the campaign period. The campaign included a variety of products from the bank’s product suite which included its flagship product Kunooz Savings Account, Super Savings Account and Investment SavingsAccount.

Winner of the Tesla Model Y,Abdulla Khalifa, said:“I received a call from Emirates Islamic, saying I had won a prize, which I initially doubted. However, I was later contacted through an official email from the bank, informing me that I had won a Tesla car. I was thrilled and now winning the prize has encouraged me to save more with the bank.”

22ARC FZ LLCwon a Tesla Model X. A representative from the company, Fazal Rehman said:“For the past 15 years, I have had multiple accounts with Emirates Islamic. I am delighted with the exceptional cooperation and regular updates on the bank’s latest products and services provided by our company account’s Relationship Manager. The news of winning the prize came as a pleasant surprise during the call. I am enthusiastic about opening a new account for another one of our companies.”

Meshal Shah, winner of a Tesla Model 3, said: “I have been banking with
Emirates Islamic for three years and have maintained an account in their private banking services. I am highly satisfied with the bank’s services. The news of winning the prize was hard to believe.
