The number of buildings served by the company reached 1,796, representing a 6.65% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Meanwhile, the company’s customer base surpassed 161,000 individual and institutional customers, reflecting growth of approximately 9%. This expansion in Empower’s operations aligns with Dubai’s rapid urban development, which continues to drive increasing demand for sustainable district cooling services.
Empower’s customer portfolio encompasses a diverse range of Dubai’s landmark and iconic developments across various sectors, including residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, entertainment, and mixed-use developments. The company provides district cooling services to Dubai International Airport, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Business Bay, Meydan, Dubai Healthcare City, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Palm Jumeirah, Discovery Gardens, Deira Waterfront Development, Bluewaters, Jumeirah Group hotels, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai Maritime City, Dubai Design District, Dubai Production City, and several other strategic projects that contribute to the Emirate’s urban and economic development.
