The festive season just got better for residents and guests staying in Dubai this December. The UAE’s favourite celebratory hotspot, COYA Dubai expands its offerings to include the most wonderful time of the year. This December, the outlet introduces three dishes- available at COYA Dubai only for this special month, launches a COYA Christmas gift market for this limited time and hosts a surprise themed party to end the year 2016.

Due to popular demand, on the 25^th of December, COYA Dubai will be offering up their famed brunch offerings available from AED 328. Guests who are looking for a unique present to surprise their loved ones have the rare opportunity to get their hands on a special edition of the COYA gift voucher – available for dining or special cooking masterclass experiences for a limited time during the festive season only.

In addition to the outlet’s robust and range of vibrant culinary delights, during this year’s Chrismas brunch, COYA Dubai will be serving three very special main dishes, including the outlet’s signature bursts of flavour- available only for Christmas. Dishes include a whole roasted chicken Asado with spiced potatoes, suckling lamb shoulder that falls off the bone and an Amarillo-glazed flank steak complemented by vegetables slightly smoked from the Josper.

“We wanted to exercise some creativity and offer dishes that were familiar to many people during this time of the year while still remaining true to our signature flavours here at COYA Dubai. The dishes are our versions of the festive dishes that many people would be used to and aren’t on our day to day menu so it’s a great opportunity for guests to add to their culinary journey at our outlet. We hope that diners get to experience some familiarity away from home while being introduced to a whole new palette of flavours to add to the dining experience,” says Chef Benjamin Wan, Head Chef of COYA Dubai.

To end the year on a spectacular note, COYA Dubai will be hosting a surprise themed party as guests groove to the tunes of two special DJ’s performing in the Pisco Lounge. The Member’s Club will see a live band welcome them into the New Year and diners will have the opportunity to experience a special menu for New Year’s Eve. Lucky diners on the enclosed terrace tables will have the opportunity to feast on award-winning cuisine while delighting in the best of the festivities from the Pisco Lounge while overlooking the fireworks off Burj Khalifa, while diners in the restaurant may dine rubbing shoulders with renowned celebrities.

Starting 2017 on the right foot, COYA Dubai’s first day of the year will see the return of the brunch concept offered up with the outlet’s signature flourish as guests dine to the sights and sounds of South America while in the heart of Dubai.
