City Centre Deira greeted shoppers with a smile by giving away cinema tickets, Mall GiftCards, and airline tickets to their dream summer vacation as part of its annual ‘SMILE’ campaign this month.

This year, City Centre Deira collaborated with Air Arabia to give 600 lucky shoppers a chance to win tickets to a summer destination of their choice.

Devina Umbina, who shopped at Nice Optic and Nine West in the mall, was surprised with a free airline ticket recently. She said she has already started planning her summer escape to one of the Air Arabia destinations.  “I’m so happy that I won. I haven’t traveled since 2017 so I might visit Georgia or Armenia this Eid with my brother,” said Ms. Umbina, a long-time resident of Dubai.

Customers who shop for over AED 1,500 also had the chance to win Mall GiftCards worth up to AED 200 or VOX Cinemas tickets. Those who shop for AED 500 to AED 1,500 will receive an AED 50 or AED 100 worth Mall GiftCard or VOX Cinemas tickets. This year, the mall has made it convenient and effortless to win with an automated redemption stand for instant prizes. The 20-day campaign at City Centre Deira is on until May 4.
