Festival Plaza’s Halloween event includes:

• Costume Competition: Dress up and compete for a chance to win. The first 20 registered participants receive AED 200 gift cards. Prizes of AED 1,000 for first place, and AED 500 for second and third places.
• Free Face-Painting: Kids can enjoy creative face-painting from 3pm to 6pm at the event.
