Staying true to its roots, Günaydın Dubai joins the nation in celebrating the Holy Month with its special Suhoor and Iftar set menus. Günaydın Dubai reflects Ramadan’s spirit of giving and sharing through its distinctive tastes and service.
The specially crafted menus offer a range of various enticing dishes that are akin to its Turkish heritage, as well as the provision of breath-taking views of the Dubai Fountain and the majestic Burj Khalifa.
After sunset, Günaydın Dubai will set the scene for a lively Iftar with family and friends. The set menu comprises of a perfectly chosen variety of cheese, elaborate selection of homemade jams, olives, warm appetizers, dried fruits, and soup options to choose from. The highlights of the menu are the deliciously prepared and curated meats and grill specialties like döner, chicken sis, pistachio and begendi kebab (lamb cubes on a bed of aubergine purée). No Turkish Iftar is complete without traditional dessert favorites such as künefe, kadayıf or the well-renowned Turkish baklava, supplemented by traditional Ramadan drinks such as jallab or qamar al din.
The Suhoor menu served from 10pm until 3am will incorporate a selection of popular cold mezzes which include humus, muhammara, panco, eggplant salad, and bombay beans, accompanied by a variety of explicitly selected dried fruits. Guests can excite their taste buds with Gavurdağı and tulum cheese salad before delving into a variety of finely cut and properly seasoned choices of meat in beef fillet or mixed kebab platter, and Alinazik kebab or Beğendi kebab.
