Farmers’ Souq Initiative Kicks Off Its Second Season
The Farmers’ Souq Initiative, launched by the Dubai Municipality, welcomed public to its second season that kicked off tomorrow, November 19at the Palm Parks, Dubai. The initiative is a free agricultural, social and investment platform that seeks to gather all the Emirati farmers under one roof to sell agricultural, organic, and local products directly to consumers. It will be open from 5 pm to 8 pm every Saturday, until March 11, 2023.
The Municipality indicated that the second season of this initiative will feature several new highlights, including over 50 kiosks for farmers to display their high-quality products produced from local Emirati farms. This will include fruits, vegetables, dairy products, organic products, honey, dates, and herbal products, in addition to associated trading activities.
