Dubai’s beloved and eminently awarded lakeside Thai restaurant, Thiptara, now gives our guests even more reasons to return, with a menu that extends its savoury, piquant and tantalising repertoire. Deep-fried soft-shell crab with Sriracha sauce, beef tenderloin in massaman curry, and mixed seafood salad with Thai herbs and spicy sauce are only a handful of new additions, while Thai-tea flavoured crème brûlée puts an exciting new twist on an old favourite.
