The festive season is fast approaching, and Weslodge Saloon is serving up a range of Christmassy culinary experiences bringing together North American flavours, great music and a seasonal ambience all under one roof. Whether it’s a turkey dinner with all the trimmings delivered to the door or an unforgettable night of live music and food pairing to round off 2020, the award-winning restaurant sets an unbeatable scene for a New Year celebration or festive feels.

Offering arguably the best seat in the house for a New Year’s celebration Weslodge located on the 68th floor of the world’s tallest 5* hotel, provides show stopping panoramic views of Dubai’s stunning skyline and the iconic Burj Khalifa. As well as cozy yet elegant interiors inspired by classic American saloons, perfect to set the scene for the holiday season celebrations. Including rustic woods, leather Chesterfield sofas, mismatched prints and a distinctive dining space with plenty of cut glass and crystal.

CHRISTMAS EVE & CHRISTMAS DAY BRUNCH

Taking place on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, expect a joy-filled mash up of the usual Weslodge Takes Fridays brunch and Dubai’s most memorable festive celebration. Embarking guests on a musical journey through the decades, with the odd yuletide tune thrown in for fun, each festive-themed course will be paired with a creative cocktail and era of music.

Served in the intimate winter wonderland loft style ambience of Weslodge, as well as a classic selection of Christmas treats including a main of turkey with all the trimmings, guests can also enjoy some all-time favourite North American inspired side and starter plates including pickled onion rings with malt vinegar aioli and scorched wagyu tataki straight from Weslodge’s famous hardwood & charcoal grill (the biggest in Dubai). Finishing the feast with a party platter of seasonal sweet treats including; black forest cup, Christmas cookies, spice bread, mince pies and yule log.

NEW YEARS EVE

31^st December from 9PM – 1AM

Located on the 68^th floor, Weslodge Saloon will host the highest New Year’s Eve party offering up 360-views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai skyline. Giving guests the chance to catch every moment of the Burj Kahlifa’s famous light show and firework displays around the city.

Saying goodbye to 2020 in style Weslodge party goers will bring in the New Year to an unforgettable soundtrack of vintage vinyl favourites including Hip Hop and RnB beats spun live on the decks. Served up whilst guests enjoy a specially curated brunch banquet from the award-winning North American kitchen, the menu will include a culinary mix up of Canadian and classic festive plates, handmade cocktails, the finest Champagnes and world-class bourbons all expertly paired plate by plate. From scorched wagyu tataki straight from Weslodge’s famous hardwood & charcoal grill (the biggest in Dubai) to start. To a main of turkey with stuffing and all the trimmings, guests can finish the night with a celebratory platter of traditional treats including; black forest cup, Christmas cookies, spice bread, mince pies and yule log.

WESLODGE TURKEY DELIVERY

From 15^th November 2020 until 10^th January 2021

Experience Weslodge Saloon’s Northern American spin on the traditional turkey festive feast at home this December. The award-winning team has created a delivery menu, which ticks all the yuletide classic boxes from turkey, to stuffing, glazed carrots, brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce and roast potatoes. All that is left to do is unpack and pour the gravy. Orders must be made 72 hours in advance, allowing plenty of time to build up an appetite.
