Get Set Dubai! The Middle East’s Biggest Fitness And Wellness Exhibition Is Back For 2022
The Middle East’s biggest annual fitness and wellness exhibition, which includes Dubai Muscle Show, Dubai Active and Dubai Active Industry, returns to Dubai this October to unite all areas of the fitness industry with an action-packed, three-day exhibition that will run from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th October 2022.
Returning with its most epic line-up of talent and events to date that includes some of the biggest names in global fitness such as Middle Eastern favourite, Hadi Choopanand the world’s fastest growing online PT, two time bestselling author and motivational speaker, James Smith,as well as a jam-packed schedule of workout classes and the biggest number of exhibitors than ever before, people can now get their hands on a ticket to all three shows for only AED 20, for one week only.
In collaboration with Dubai Sports Council, Dubai Muscle Show, Dubai Active and Dubai Active Industry will take over Dubai World Trade Centre for the fifth time to showcase more than 300 exhibitors of world-leading sports nutrition, fitness, wellness and bodybuilding brands from 30 countries.
An unmissable event in the Dubai calendar, visitors are invited to join 600 inspirational athletes and health and fitness influencers from around the globe for the entire weekend and ticket holders will get to attend motivational and educational talks, as well as take part in meet and greets with some of the fitness industry’s biggest names. There will also be the chance to watch some of the most exciting competitions such as the Middle East’s biggest bodybuilding competition, the Dubai Muscle Classic, global functional fitness competition,Turf Games and Battle of the Bars – the World Finals of Calisthenics. This year,Dubai Active will also host a meet and greet with the world’s fastest growing online PT, James Smith whilst he visits Dubai for his world tour.
The fun doesn’t stop there! Over the jam-packed three days, visitors will be able to take part in a back-to-back schedule of exciting group fitness classes, witness unmissable business seminars from leading exhibitors and have the chance to get their hands on thousands of free sample giveaways and special discounts.

Dubai Muscle Show
The Middle East’s leading international fitness and bodybuilding show will return for 2022 with a brand new set of headliners that include Iranian professional bodybuilder, Hadi Choopan and one of the leading bodybuilding professionals,Roelly Winklaar. This year’s show will also welcome back six-time Mr Olympia, Dorian Yates and for the first time ever, will host Mr Olympia 2008, Dexter Jackson.
Every year, Dubai Muscle Show brings together like-minded lifters from around the world and this year will be no exception. Attendees will get the chance to discover and sample the latest supplements, apparel and equipment from more than 300 leading brands, as well as attend speaker sessions and exclusive meet-and-greets with the headliners.
Visitors will also be able to explore the exhibition area over the three days which will be packed full of everything to do with the exciting bodybuilding and fitness industry. This year, the competition element of the show has levelled up and will not only host the region’s largest bodybuilding competition, Dubai Muscle Classic,but it will also host the Team Nogueira Future Champions combat sports competition and the King of the Table arm wrestling.

With a stellar line-up of brand new headliners that are taking the fitness industry by storm such as James Smith, Diren Kartal, Ruba Ali and Maeve Madden, and the return of the FitnGlamActive Arena that will feature an action-packed schedule of unmissable group workouts, the Middle East’s biggest celebration of fitness, health and wellness is set to be the best edition yet. Presented by Dubai’s first women’s only gym, FitnGlam, this year’s Dubai Active will give visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the amazing world of health, fitness, nutrition and wellness for an entire weekend.
Brand new for 2022, Dubai Active will host a meet and greet with two time Sunday Times bestselling author and personal trainer, James Smith, in a rare appearance in the Middle East, as well as celebrity fitness trainers Ruba Ali and Heba Ali. Dubai Active will also host the one-of-a-kind calisthenics world finals, Battle of the Bars and the Turf Games global functional fitness competition, which will bring together over 200 athletes to battle it out for the winning title.
