Global Village, the UAE and wider region’s leading multicultural family destination for culture, shopping, and entertainment, has announced the long-time favourite “Kids Fest” is making its annual return to the Season’sline-up. Until April 10^th, the Global Village agenda is dedicated to children, with numerous activities taking place across the park to further enhance the Silver Jubilee Season experience for younger members of the park’s fanbase.

Kids Fest is known for its giant board games and this year Global Village claimed the “Biggest Board Game – Snakes and Ladders” title with another Guinness World Record win. Families will be able to enjoy this and other giant games Four-in-a-row and Battleships (Pirate style). All-star character shows include Octonautes, PJ Masks, Care Bears, ChottaBheem, Peter Rabbit and the unmissable Don’t Do The Dodo show. Furthermore, the all-new “Ice Cream Fest” will be running at the same time, meaning double the fun and even more reason to visit the destination from the final week of March onwards.

We have dreamt up a really exciting ice cream fuelled festival, filled with giant games, scoops and scoops of fabulous flavours and all your favourite characters live on stage. Come and join the fun every day until April 10th”

All Kids Fest activities are included in the AED15 entry ticket price. Young guests will enjoy watching their favourite characters in action as they star in live shows at the Kids Theatre, there are terrific prizes to be won when they play the life-size board games, and children can join the Peter Rabbit Easter Egg Hunt – with neon eggs hidden around the park every Easter Weekend evening from Friday, April 2^nd to Sunday, April 4^th.

As for Ice Cream Fest, Global Village will showcase all the different flavours and varieties from around the world. The team at Global Village have curated twenty five ice cream experiences in a booklet. Guests who try five or more can enter a draw to win aPlaystation5 and an iPhone 12. Ice-cream lovers will be able to find the different Ice Cream outlets using the Global Village app and collect a stamp for each ice cream they try. Once they have five, guests cansimply fill in their details and drop their ticket in the raffle draw box to enter.

Adding to the fun, Global Village has also introduced a Kids Fest offer for an exciting Carnaval adventure for younger guests with 4 family thrill rides for the price of 3 offer. Manila Mayhem, Sydney Kangaroo, Caribbean Ship and Mumbai Xpress are perfect for younger guests (minimum height 1.3m) and their families, and Global Village is introducing the ‘Family Thrills’ offer for just AED 60.

Global Village Season 25 is now officially running for a further two weeks, concluding on Sunday, May 2^nd. Kids Fest and Ice Cream Fest will take the Silver Jubilee schedule up to the Ramadan period, where operating times will change to accommodate visitors. During the Holy Month, the park will open at 6 pm instead of 4pm and close at 2 am rather than 1 am.
