Hard Rock Cafe Announces 2018 World Burger Tour LineUp
Bon Voyage! Hard Rock’s World Burger Tour is back and ready to take guests’ taste buds on an international flavor experience. World Burger Tour, a limited-time offering of Hard Rock Local Legendary© Burgers, inspired by the taste and flavors from cafe locations around the world, hits tables at participating Hard Rock Cafe locations worldwide beginning May 2 and continues through June 29.
“It’s incredible we’re able to showcase Hard Rock’s Local Legendary© Burger collection and the authentic ingredients that makeup each burger for the fourth year in a row,” said Anibal Fernandez, Vice President, Franchise Operations & Development. “For a limited time, guests can enjoy the signature flavors from some of the world’s most eclectic cities like Guam, South Pacific and New York, USA at their local Hard Rock.”
Hometown Heroes
This year more than 27 local burgers were evaluated by Hard Rock’s culinary team with crowd favorites added to the 2018 World Burger Tour lineup. Throughout May and June, Hard Rock Cafe menus* will feature World Burger Tour offerings such as:
- Andean Burger (Santa Cruz, Bolivia) – a delicious burger that pays homage to the capital city, topped with fresh avocado slices, a pan-fried egg, melted cheddar cheese, zesty garlic mayo, crisp lettuce and vine-ripened tomatoes and served with seasoned fries
- Big Little Italy Burger(New York City, NY., United States) – a pizza style burger featuring beef pepperoni, fried mozzarella cheese, sautéed mushrooms and pizza sauce to combine the signature flavors of the city, served with seasoned fries
- Chamorro Burger (Guam, South Pacific) – signature burger patty rubbed with a tangy blend of island-inspired spices, layered with pepper jack cheese, house-made Chamorro glaze and chili paste, topped with crisp lettuce and vine-ripened tomatoes and served with fries
- Lancashire Hot Pot Burger (Manchester, England) – be prepared for an authentic adventure with this juicy ½ pound lamb patty, paired with caramelized onions, crispy fried carrots, crisp lettuce and vine-ripened tomato, served with season fries and mint mayo for dipping
- Santiago Quinoa Burger (Santiago, Chile) – big flavors from one of the biggest cities in the America’s, the house-made vegetarian patty consists of quinoa, red onion, portabello mushrooms, eggs, cheddar, pecans, barley, soy sauce and breadcrumbs, topped with hummus, fresh arugula and tomato, served with seasoned fries and a special sauce for dipping
- Satay Burger (Singapore, Singapore) – an all-beef patty on a sweet and crunchy trip, featuring a combination of Asian peanut sauce, cool cucumber planks, arugula and sriracha mayo and served with seasoned fries
- Schnitzel Burger (Cologne, Germany) – this German Legendary features breaded chicken schnitzel, topped with turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato and sauerkraut, with Dijon mustard, served on a warm pretzel bun alongside seasoned fries and Dijon mustard sauce for dipping
- Tennessee BBQ Burger (Tennessee, United States) – like a good country ballad, this beef burger brings happy tears with a BBQ dry rubbed patty topped with pickle slices, Memphis slaw, pulled chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, crispy onions and cheddar cheese and served with seasoned fries
