Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston will be the new celebrity who will be involved with Emirates Airlines after signing a 5 million dollar deal. With this deal, she will be a part of Emirates and will appear in a global digital and television campaign which will promote Emirates.

Boutros Boutros, Emirates’ Divisional Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand confirmed that Emirates have signed a deal with Jennifer Aniston and she will be part of their television campaign on a global level.

New York Post reported this deal first and they said that Emirates had signed a deal with Aniston for an amount of $5 million. An unnamed source told them that she has shot a high-profile campaign for Emirates as part of this deal and this will appear worldwide on TV and different printed ads.

Emirates did not want to reveal the value of the contract which they have with Aniston. She joins a list of other new brand awareness campaigns that Emirates Airlines have launched this year. This year has been a fruitful one for the Dubai-based airline in terms of branding and association.

They secured a three-year sponsorship with the FA Cup, the oldest cup competition and this competition will see the FA Cup being renamed to ‘Emirates FA Cup’ and sources reported this deal to be worth £30 million. Apart from this, the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth was branded by Emirates which is part of another British sponsorship deal this year.

Emirates sponsors’ football teams as well. Arsenal is one of their sponsors and this sponsorship with the London based club includes naming rights to their stadium as well. Arsenal play at the Emirates stadium. Real Madrid who are the top dog of Spanish football are another club who have Emirates as their sponsors whereas French League Champions Paris Saint-Germain are in the list of clubs sponsored by Emirates.

Aniston is not the only Hollywood celebrity to be associated with the promotion of an airline in the Gulf. Earlier, Nicole Kidman signed a deal with Etihad Airways, the 2nd largest airline making her a brand ambassador of the airline company and the Australian actress has appeared for some ad campaigns for Etihad Airways.
